Mobile Khata
Mobile Khata is a khata book for mobile shops — customers, sales, qist (installment) plans, stock and reminders, all in one place. Everything is kept on your phone. No account, no sign-up.

2How the khata works
Everything happens on your device. Customers, sales, qist plans, stock, suppliers, repairs and expenses are stored in an on-device database — we have no servers, so no copy of your khata ever leaves your phone. Qist plans carry no interest: a late installment is only shown as a Late badge. An internet connection is used only to load ads.
3Sharing & reminders
Nothing is ever sent automatically. When you tap Share on a sale receipt or a reminder card, the card is captured as an image and handed to your phone's share sheet — you pick the app (for example WhatsApp) and the contact yourself. The app never sends a message on its own. Backups are JSON files you save or share yourself, and PDF reports are generated on your device and shared only when you choose to share them.
4Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's own privacy policy. Apart from AdMob, the app contains no analytics or tracking SDKs.
5Permissions we use
- Internet — to load ads. That is the only connection the app uses; it needs no contacts, camera, location, microphone, SMS or storage permission.
6Data security & retention
Because everything stays on your device, there is no copy of your data on any server for us to protect, sell or lose. Your khata stays on your phone until you delete it, and uninstalling the app removes all of its on-device data. Your PIN is stored only on your device.
7Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
