Madrasa Ultra
Madrasa Ultra is a fully offline madrasa management application. This policy explains what the app does with information entered into it.
1Information stored on the device
All records entered in the app — students, teachers and staff, darjat, attendance, Sabak Diary entries, exam papers and marks, fee and chanda records, salaries, library issues, transport routes, notes and announcements — are stored only on the device on which the app is installed, in the app's local database. Photos and a madrasa logo added by the user are also stored only on that device.
2No server, no account, no tracking
The app has no online account, sends no records to any server, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking software. The developer does not receive, see or store any madrasa's records.
3Licence
The app offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a one-time licence code for that device. The app generates a persistent device identifier on the device itself and uses it only to check a licence code entered on that device. The identifier and any licence code are stored only on the device and are not transmitted to the developer.
4Sharing chosen by the user
Documents and cards (for example ID cards, certificates, salary slips and report cards) and shareable cards are created on the device. They are sent to another app, such as WhatsApp, only when the user taps Share and chooses a destination. The app never sends anything automatically.
5Backup and restore
The user can export a backup file from the device and restore it on another device. The backup file is created, kept and moved by the user. The developer does not receive backup files.
6Children's information
The app is intended for madrasa administrators and teachers. Student records are entered and held by the madrasa itself, on its own device, and are not collected by the developer.
7Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at the same address and the effective date above will be updated.
